  • Infuse with flavour: Add a slice of lemon, cucumber, or fresh berries to your water for a refreshing twist.
  • Eat water-rich foods: Incorporate more fruits and veggies like watermelon, cucumbers, and oranges into your diet.

Drinking water seems like a small thing, but it has a big impact on your health.
